Mucklewain 2007 will be in in Pinewood, TN, 45 miles west of Nashville off I-40. Music begins 5pm on Friday, September 28. Festival entrance will open at 3pm on Friday. Main gate will open for camping at noon.

Pinewood, TN is 45 miles west of Nashville off I-40. Take exit #163 (Centerville/HWY 48) off I-40, go south on HWY 48 for 3.5 miles, Mucklewain will be on the left. Take exit, go south, hit Mucklewain.

About the Mucklesite
This was posted by Hank IV 9/24 at funhouserock.com/muckleblab: Took a 3-hour tour of the site yesterday (Sunday) and must say it is as beautiful as last years location in a flatter, Middle Tennessee way. The site is bordered on three sides by a blue water creek with small limestone bluffs on the opposite bank and lined with trees on both sides. The grade going from the creek where the stages will be (three, just like last year) is a more gentle slope that allows an uninterrupted view from any location of the festival grounds. The big news is camping. It will be right on top of the festival entrance with no more than a few hundred feet to walk into the event. Please no Rvs or open fires. Parking is also very close, maybe 100-150 yards from the walk-in entrance. The location is about 2 miles off I-40 going towards Grinderswitch on the Minnie Pearl Memorial Hwy! It's going to be a good un. Come on down. Scott Miller says he and The Commonwealth have worked another parody song for the event. (Remember last year they did 'Mucklewain' to the tune of Princes' 'Purple Rain'.)
